THE GAP TO INVESTIGATE KIM KARDASHIAN'S REPUTATION
Well she did. Kim claims that 'Old Navy' used a look a like Melissa Molinaro to trick the public into thinking it was Kim to raise sales. Well Parent company The Gap has responded and they basically said bring it on Kim.
The Gap has hired high power attorney Louis Petrich to investigate Kim Kardashian. What he wants to know is was Kim's reputation really tarnish?? How much did both Sears and BeBe make by striking deals with Kim and why did Bebe drop her.
The Gap knows that this can take all year but they want to see this til the end. They want Kim to say that this was her mistake and they want her to pay. They want to go to court and see Kim and Melissa testify. This is going to get good and dirrty.
I doubt that this will happen. Kim wont be able to handle this much bad publicity anymore. Especially going after a huge corporation. She will somehow work with them and pay a few dollars in damages.
I do like Kim but i am first in line to see this if indeed it happen. I am all for a big corporate fight.
